Sunday June 28, 2026: What if the Church was never meant to be built around community—but around Christ?

In this teaching, we continue our Abba’s Table series by looking beyond programs, personalities, and even the pursuit of community itself. Acts 2 isn’t a blueprint for creating better church culture; it’s a portrait of what naturally happens when a people become captivated by the risen Jesus. Authentic family is not the goal—it is the fruit of Christ remaining at the center.

Together we’ll explore why the apostles’ teaching was relentlessly centered on Jesus, why biblical fellowship cannot be manufactured, and how generosity, unity, belonging, and love all flow from beholding the Lamb rather than striving to become a better community. When Jesus occupies the center of the table, everything else finds its proper place.
